(Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility)

Waveny Care Center seeks a responsible and dedicated nursing leader for a part-time/per diem weekend position as RN Supervisor at Waveny Care Center. As a member of Waveny's Nursing Administration, this nursing leader will serve as a key liaison between staff members and administrators to meet  resident and staff needs. They will  act as a bond that links the in-patient experience to Waveny's overall clinical goals. Experience the non-profit difference where quality comes first in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing center that employs patient-centered care and point-of-service dining for all residents.

Qualifications and Experience:
Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Connecticut State license who is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year supervisory experience with proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as active clinical experience in healthcare delivery for a minimum of three years, with at least one year in long term care setting. They must have knowledge of and sensitivity to the age related needs of Waveny's resident population.

Waveny Home Healthcare seeks:

RN - Home Care Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem) to provide assessments and treatments for patients in their homes. RN Certification Required.

SLP -  Speech and Language Pathologist - Per Diem

Home Health Aides - Requires driving to and from client homes, often for 2 hours at a time. Must have CT Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certificate.

Qualifications and Experience:
Requires an individual with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy who is licensed in the State of Connecticut.

Position Responsibilities:
Administer professional PT therapies to patients in home-based settings within the community. Requires driving to and from client homes throughout Fairfield County.
