Comments:

The impact of the coronavirus is nothing like our organization and community has experienced before.   Please know that each day we are making our absolute best efforts to take the utmost precautionary care and safety measures to return us to normalcy. We are both deeply saddened by the burden this places on our families, and take solace in the fact that as a community with your support, we remain interconnected and interdependent to overcome this challenge.

Our clinical, operational and executive teams will continue to collaborate closely with local hospitals, public health authorities, clinicians and other key stakeholders, and continues to enforce maximum vigilance and preventive measures.

Your nursing supervisor will have specific medical details on your family member. Please continue to reach out to them on clinical issues and to me on non-clinical issues. We will continue to provide consistent written communications during this pandemic, and we greatly appreciate your ongoing support and understanding.
