Waveny LifeCare Network COVID-19 Daily Update

for Residents, Patients, and Families

Today is a special occasion. We wish to thank the families of our Residents and Patients for their sustained cooperation, patience and engagement, as well as, our clinical partners and members of our community who continue to provide heartfelt support for our residents, patients, staff, organization and appreciation of our team’s commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

It is with sincere gratitude that I announce our retested Residents and Patients have all received negative PCR test results across all of our facilities and divisions. The one patient who had continuously tested positive has now converted and received a PCR negative test result today.

We understand this is just one point in time, and while the COVID-19 case rates have declined in our surrounding communities, they have not vanished. We must remain diligent in our practices and procedures and while we recognize and celebrate today’s key milestone for the Waveny LifeCare family, we will nevertheless continue to utilize full PPE, maximum screening, infection control and hygiene protocols.

Thanks to everyone for your efforts and support.
